We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our referral sources which include, Case Managers, Social Workers, Discharge Planners, Trust Officers, Elder Law Attorneys. In addition to working with various facilities and communities such as assisted-Living facilities, independent living communities, rehabs and hospitals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, an understanding of the sales process, and the ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and customer needs.
• Develop sales presentations and proposals for potential customers.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
